As a multimedia storyteller, I believe that collaboration is the most important thing in my work. I have realized that to make truly beautiful stories, you must have a connection on a deeper level, but that connections can be made anywhere, with anyone. I want to approach my work by removing outside expectations and focusing on authentic, meaningful storytelling. 

I have been taking photos since I was a kid and it has always been an important creative outlet for me. I love how there is such a wide variety of subject matter that photography can cover.  Video creation is a new skill that I have recently been focused on and I have loved learning and experimenting with that. 

I am from a small mountain town called Boone, North Carolina, and growing up there has allowed me to appreciate the beauty of nature and the importance of being outside. A lot of my work focuses on that interaction between nature and humans and the complicated relationship that exists.
